Pamela Rose was the first of four daughters to follow in her father's footstep's and become an auctioneer. Pamela has been an auctioneer since she was 18 years old, winning the National Auctioneer's Association Women's International Auctioneer Championship in 1998, has continued to win numerous other awards, and has appointments in the industry including Chairperson of the Auction Committee in 2007 for 50,000 member National Association of Realtors.
As president of Pamela Rose Auction Company, LLC, one of the largest real estate auction firms in the midwest, she conducted approximately 300 real estate auction sales in 2002, and as many as 500 in 2004, and 7,000 plus throughout her 23 year career.

A veteran Realtor, Frank has 35 plus years of managing and selling real estate. Frank worked for Pamela's father's auction company managing the entire office administration. Frank completed the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate course in Knoxville, Tennessee. Frank is an expert property evaluator and brings a great wealth of knowledge to the team.
Karen Rose, Auctioneer, BAS, Personal Property Auction Division Manager
Hailing from a second generation auction family, Karen has creatively and successfully established a niche for herself in the world of personal property auctions where she now conducts more than 100 such auctions per year.
Karen has earned the BAS designation for Benefit Auction Specialist which has given her specialized training in planned events with planned results. Her training includes marketing knowledge, public relations, audience development, and fundraising components. Less than 2% of the Auctioneers in the United States hold this coveted title.
As a licensed auctioneer for the last ten years, Karen's experience includes working with the Manheim Detroit Auto Auction as well as traveling the world with Celebrity Cruise Lines where she handled all aspects of the company's wine auctions. Karen is a graduate of the American School of Auctioneering.
Dawn has a very diverse background in the Real Estate and Auction industry with her 17 years of experience. She is also educated on the auction method of marketing. Dawn is a licensed Broker in Ohio and salesperson in Michigan.
Dawn has a high degree of knowledge in the Real Estate market and has a great deal of enthusiasm for her interest in the business. Dawn is a graduate of the University of Toledo. She also has attended the University of Indiana, Certified Auctioneers Institute, and earned the prestigious CAI designation. Auctioneers with the CAI designation are part of an extraordinary network of exemplary auctioneers in the auction industry. Dawn is also an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE).
Dawn has demonstrated through additional training, the knowledge of appraising, in the everyday business of listing and selling, as well as doing Fee Appraising. Dawn is qualified to provide appraisal services in areas such as probate, tax valuations, divorce settlements for attorneys, and other legal situations. Dawn has been hired by trust departments, estates, and municipalities.
Dawn's beginnings in Real Estate helped her achieve numerous awards and an understanding of selling residential single family, multi-family, and investment properties. Dawn followed in her father's footsteps and became a second generation Real Estate Broker.
Dawn has participated in high end estate and personal property auctions for multi-million dollar companies. Dawn also works at the Manheim Motor Auction Group, and Greater Detroit Auto Auction in Woodhaven , MI.
Dawn is a Dale Carnegie graduate in Effective Communication and Human Relations and the Sales Advantage course. She was voted on behalf of her peers as the top sales presenter in her class. She has received many awards in public speaking.
Litza brings her many years of experience to our auction team and she is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese languages, as well as Chinese written language. She is also
the manager for TIYO (Toledo International Youth Orchestra) and a Bid Assistant for Kruse Auto Auction Company.
Litza is a graduate of the Reppert School of Auctioneering.
Tracy is a licensed realtor with Loss Realty Group. He attended Bowling Green State University in pursuit of a degree in Actuarial Science. With an entrepreneurial spirit Tracy has been a real estate investor for 10 years. At age 18, Tracy started purchasing and managing real estate. Tracy is knowledgeable in all aspects of investment real estate. His personal experience and expertise in property management is valued by his customers. Tracy works as a buyer's agent and property consultant.

Rae was the co-owner of a local brokerage company before merging with the current broker. Rae is a Real Estate Sales Specialist with over 20 plus years experience in the industry. Rae is also the past president of Women's Council of Realtors.
Doug Marsh, Auctioneer, Colorado Real Estate Broker Associate
Doug is the founder of Marsh Auction Group located in Colorado Springs, Colorado and has made real estate auctioning his passion for over seven years. Doug is a goal oriented professional with significant years of experience in all facets of sales and marketing and small business including negotiation, presentation, and customer relations. He has a proven ability to consistently develop people, and lead them to achieve mutual objectives.
Doug started in the real estate auction business in 2000. He has experienced every aspect of auctions with prominent real estate company Pamela Rose Auctions, including over 300 auctions a year of every type and fashion; commercial, rural, content, recreational, charitalbe, estate and resort. Doug started his own auction company after moving his family to Colorado in 2006, but maintains his affiliation with Pamela Rose Auction Company and the Rose Auction Network.
Doug is licensed as an auctioneer and a real estate broker and is a graduate of the Reppert School of Auctioneering, located in Indiana. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, the Colorado Auctioneers Association, the Ohio Auctioneering Association and is a broker associate with Keller Williams Client's Choice.
A 1997 graduate of Owens State Community College's Electronic Publishing & Technical Illustration program, Heather brings her knowledge of graphics and the printing industry to our Auction Team.
