Lots 558, 559, 560, 561, 562, 564, 565, 581, 582, 587, 589, 590, 592, 599, 600, 607, 608, 609, 610, 630, 631, 632, 636, 637, 647, 736 - If final bid price is over $5,000, the payment terms are as follows: Credit card payment of up to $5,000 (non-refundable deposit) of the total balance is due at the end of the auction. The remaining balance is due via verified bank wire within 24 hours of auction completion.
At the conclusion of the auction there are 3 ways to sign up for an appointment through Calendly.
1) EMAIL: All winning bidders will receive an email to schedule an appointment through Calendly. Please check your Junk or Spam folder if you do not receive an email from our office.
2) LINK: Copy and paste the link below to schedule an appointment. Sign up after you've purchased items. Any other early sign ups may be deleted.
3) CALL: Contact our office at 419-865-1224 if you need assistance to sign up.
The Auctioneer does not ship, pack, or move items. All such packaging, handling and shipping is at the sole risk of the winning Bidder, and the Auctioneer shall have no liability for any loss or damage to such items. It is the full responsibility of the winning Bidder to schedule any shipping or make special arrangements if necessary. It is advised that you contact the shipper before bidding to get an estimated cost. Shipping will only be to the address listed on the invoice. Shipping out of state may be held till credit card clears. May need proof of identification or bank wire if invoice totals $2,000.00 or more.

Every effort will be made to ensure that each item stays in the same condition that it was photographed in. It is important to note that all property is sold “as is, where is” and all sales are final. Pamela Rose Auction Co. does not authenticate the condition of any coins.
Please bring a copy of invoice & a State ID to Pick-Up items. Items can be personally picked up during these times or use the preferred mover/shipper. Pamela Rose Auction Co. LLC Does NOT provide any labor or tools, please bring proper help if picking up larger items. IF ITEMS ARE NOT PICKED UP DURING THE REMOVAL TIMES LISTED, THEN THE BIDDER MAY BE SUBJECTED TO FORFEIT THEIR ITEMS! If the winning bidders do not pick up their items during these removal times and they request special arrangements, they will incur Moving, Labor & Storage fees.
Staggered Closing: The online only auction has a staggered closing. The staggered closing works as follows: All items will close in a per determined increment per item per minute, until all lots are closed.
Extended Bidding: This online only auction has an extended bidding feature. The closing time of a lot is automatically extended 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes of the lot's closing time. The bidding for the lot will close when a period of 2 minutes has expired without an additional bid.
